Personal data
The information you send (by email, on LinkedIn, on Malt or when booking a call) is used solely to respond to your request, prepare the discussion and, where applicable, draw up a proposal, a contract and invoices. The data controller for these processing activities is Flegm SASU. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties.
Booking a call goes through Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., United States): the information entered on their page (name, email, any answers) is processed under their own privacy policy. The booked meeting is then added to my Google Calendar.
Invoicing data is kept for 10 years, as required by French commercial law. Data for a prospect who did not follow up is kept for at most 3 years after our last exchange.
In accordance with GDPR and French data protection law, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data. To exercise it, write to contact@nicogaray.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
